Wine Labeling

Natalie MacLean for the food blog on epicurious.com writes a little blurb on California’s Bonny Doon Vineyards’ decision to give more detailed labeling on what ingredients are in its wine. The U.S. government permits more than 200 additives in wine.

Do you approve of this idea and do you think it would convey meaningful information, or do you think it could lead to confusion and unwanted concern? Natalie gives a good example of additional information that I can’t help but like.
